Make Greenland Great Again Act
This bill authorizes the President to seek to enter into negotiations with Denmark to acquire Greenland.
If such an agreement is reached, the President must transmit the agreement and related materials to Congress within five calendar days. The agreement shall go into effect 60 calendar days after such transmission unless Congress enacts a joint resolution of disapproval.

(b)Transmission of agreementNot later than 5 calendar days after reaching an agreement with the Kingdom of Denmark relating to the acquisition of Greenland by the United States, the President shall transmit to the appropriate congressional committees the agreement, including all related materials and annexes. (c)Period of review by Congress of agreement(1)In generalThe period for congressional review for any agreement described in subsection (a) shall be 60 calendar days from the date on which the President transmits to the appropriate Congressional committees the agreement for the acquisition of Greenland from the Kingdom of Denmark. (2)Effective dateIf no joint resolution of disapproval is enacted by Congress within the 60-calendar day period, the agreement described in subsection (a) shall be in effect and take the full force of law.(d)Appropriate congressional committees definedIn this section, the term appropriate congressional committees means—(1)the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives; and(2)the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate.
