1.Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025.

2.Increasing support for physicians and other practitioners in adjusting to Medicare payment changes (a)In generalSection 1848(t) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395w–4(t)) is amended— (1)in the header, by striking 2024 and inserting 2025; and (2)in paragraph (1)— (A)in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and inserting 2021 through 2025; (B)in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; (C)in subparagraph (E), by striking the period and inserting ; and; and (D)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (F)such services furnished on or after April 1, 2025, and before January 1, 2026, by 6.62 percent.. (b)Conforming amendmentSection 1848(c)(2)(B)(iv)(V) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395w–4(c)(2)(B)(iv)(V)) is amended by striking 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 and inserting any of years 2021 through 2025.
