A BILL To allow the U.S. Marshals Service to assist in certain Tribal criminal matters, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Tribal Warrant Fairness Act. 2. Amendments (a) U.S. Marshals Service Section 566(e)(1) of title 28, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (B), by inserting including Tribal fugitive matters (on the request of an Indian Tribe, as applicable), after matters,; and (2) in subparagraph (D), by inserting Tribal, after local,.
