GOP Rep. Maria Salazar says some of Trump's immigration enforcement efforts have "gone too far"

In a rare rebuke, Republican Rep. Maria Salazar of Florida criticized President Trump's immigration policy in a new campaign ad, saying some of his enforcement efforts have "gone too far." CBS News political director Fin Gómez and Republican strategist Sarah Chamberlain join with analysis.

Staring into the camera, Rep. Maria Salazar (R-Fla.) cut a new campaign ad that told President Trump what so many of her fellow Hispanic Republicans in Miami are saying: Immigration crackdown has gone too far.

In the 30-second spot, Salazar, who represents a majority Hispanic South Florida district, directly addressed Trump – warning the president that his Latino supporters “feel betrayed.”
