Homeless man scales gate in pursuit of California college student

A UC Berkeley student is calling for changes after the man who scaled a locked gate to chase her home remains free.

“You guys don't do anything until it's too late,” she said. “This happens too often to too many people.”

A California college student was followed to her residence by a homeless man, who then scaled the security gate after she thought she was safely inside.
