Lindsay Clancy trial jury deadlocked, but judge tells them to keep deliberating

After five days of deliberations, the jury has told the judge they're still deadlocked. It comes as a woman is charged with trying to intimidate jurors by taking their photos outside court.

The judge in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial delivered a Tuey-Rodriguez instruction to the jury after jurors told him for a second time that they could not reach a unanimous verdict. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda reports.

On Tuesday, the jury in Clancy's trial told the court they were deadlocked, raising the possibility the case could end with a hung jury.

The jury in the Lindsay Clancy case was sent home after nearly 30 hours of deliberation. Her lawyer, Kevin Reddington, told reporters he would be ready to retry the killer mom's case "next week" if the current trial ends with a hung jury.
