As a nor'easter brought torrential rain, high winds and flood warnings to the East Coast, a man and his dog got creative with their mode of transportation in Ocean City, New Jersey.

Floodwaters covered streets in coastal New Jersey Saturday morning as a powerful nor’easter battered the Northeast, with ducks swimming on top of the water.
